Michael Barbino is a Florida Real Estate Broker and NMLS-licensed Mortgage Loan Originator whose background spans real estate, finance, entrepreneurship, business leadership and coaching.
FROM NEW YORK TO FLORIDA
Michael’s connection to real estate started early. He earned his first real estate license in New York at just 18 years old. His career later took him into other businesses before he returned to real estate professionally in the 2000s.
Since then, his experience has extended well beyond buying and selling homes. Michael has worked across residential real estate, brokerage leadership, mortgage lending, title, agent development and coaching. He also spent part of his career as a national real estate coach, working with real estate professionals on business development, accountability, systems and growth.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Michael’s business experience reaches outside real estate as well. He has owned and operated restaurants, giving him firsthand experience building businesses, managing people and making decisions where execution and the numbers matter.
ECONOMICS & BUSINESS
He holds a B.S. in Economics and an MBA in Business Administration, combining formal education in economics and business with decades of practical experience as an entrepreneur and real estate professional.

Today, Michael works directly with buyers, sellers and investors throughout Tampa Bay, bringing a broader perspective to the transaction—from market conditions and negotiation to financing and closing.
His approach is simple: understand the goal, know the numbers, communicate clearly and build a strategy around the individual client and situation.
